Interactive Web Series Platform Theatrics Goes Hunting For Ghosts, Cosplayers

We've written about Theatrics, the crowd-powered web video platform, before. While the steampunk-flavored Aurelia project is drawing to a close, Theatrics is launching two new series for the month of October.

Both have a destinct Halloween vibe. One is all about ghost hunting, and the other is a cosplay contest. Details from Theatrics, after the jump.

"The Ghost Club" – Join the Hunt! Just in time for Halloween comes this Theatrics site that crowd sources the worldwide phenomenon of ghost hunting clubs dating back to the nineteenth century. How do you get started? Simply logon with your Theatrics account and post a photo or video of yourself or your ghost-hunting persona. Throughout October you'll get calls to action, tips and tricks, premium content, and postings of ghost-hunting evidence from around the world. Vote for the best evidence and compete to appear on the leader board as you document your favorite haunted house before All Hallows Eve.

"Wikia's Cosplay Contest Online" -Attention Cosplay fans. This is the first-ever virtual edition of Wikia.com's popular Comic Con costume competition, and anyone can enter.
