Geek & Sundry looking for a few good Vloggers

on Monday, May. 20th

New media star Felicia Day–creator of the hit webseries The Guild and founder of YouTube Channel Geek & Sundry–has taken the next step towards becoming the reigning monarch of YouTube: forming an MCN of her own.

MCNs, for those not down with ACRONYMs, stands for Multi-Channel Network. The MCN that Day is forming may not have the scale of a Fullscreen or Maker Studios, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in focus.

The Geek & Sundry Vlogs channel launched with eight personalities today, and is planning to expand to a full twenty vlogs over time. The channel aims to annouce ten vloggers chosen by the community and Geek & Sundry at this year’s VidCon.

Actor/entrepreneur Day and veteran YouTube producer Jenni Powell (The Lizzie Bennet Diaries) are set to mentor the new vloggers. The network is accepting submissions for the remaining slots starting today.

Geek & Sundry is looking for passionate members of all kinds of fandom to send in their submissions to the network.
