Splitsider covers the world of comedy like few other blogs out there. Headed up by writer Adam Frucci and published under the aegis of the media group that publishers The Awl, Hairpin and Wirecutter, the site rose quickly to prominence after its debut in 2010.

Now the site is making a leap into the murky waters of online film distribution, with the hybrid narrative/doc comedy The Exquisite Corpse Project being their first release under the Splitsider Presents banner.

We’ll talk with Splitsider in chief Adam Frucci about the site’s new venture and how online film and video distribution looks from the perspective of the comedy world.
