The Weekender: Lost Moon Radio’s New Show

Noah J Nelson on Thursday, Feb. 7th

It has been a minute since I’ve talked about Lost Moon Radio, the LA based comedy group whose brand of “dry humor and wet rock and roll” has been teasing laughs out of me for two years.

Well this weekend the latest edition of the show is setting up at Cafe Club Fais Do-Do (whatta name) in LA. Episode 13 to be exact, with the theme of Science and Technology. This latest episode will run this Friday and Saturday, the 8th and 9th, and next Thursday-Saturday (14th-16th).

But maybe you’re not in LA. Maybe you’ve seen me wax poetic about Lost Moon Radio and wish I’d shut up about it because you live in the Bay Area or Maryland. Well, you don’t have to miss out on all the fun anymore. The troupe has been putting together a monthly podcast, and while the latest episode is running a bit behind schedule, there are four others extant which show off the group’s style.

I first encountered Sifteo Cubes back at IndieCade last October, and spent some time playing around with the little blocks which I first mistook for iPod Nanos.
