Music Video: The Bedroom Philosopher ‘Tram Inspector’ dir. Craig Melville

Noah J Nelson on Friday, Jun. 29th

The Los Angeles Music Video Festival is but once a year, but all year round they’re helping us celebrate the music video art form, casting a spotlight on a different video each week!

Craig Melville is a Sydney, Australia based television and commercial director who put together this silly and saucy video for the comedian/musician The Bedroom Philosopher (Justin Heazlewood). Tram Inspectors are the guys who take tickets on public transportation, if you’re unfamiliar with the concept. I doubt that’s going to be a problem in about two minutes and fifty one seconds.

This video was one of the stand outs in the comedy section of this year’s LA Music Video Fest.

Sifteo Cubes: Blurring the Edges of Play

I first encountered Sifteo Cubes back at IndieCade last October, and spent some time playing around with the little blocks which I first mistook for iPod Nanos.
