As I;m sure most of you are aware: there was a Twitter outage this morning that lasted for the better part of two hours. The first thing I thought was “who died”… but as it turns out, it wasn’t big news we weren’t able to discuss, but some engineering trouble. No real shock that they are tinkering with the code, that’s the name of the game after all, but one has to hope that they’re engendering cascade bugs because they are working on something cool. Not just because someone forgot to carry the one.
