“Our Keyless Future” or “Ford Has A Password App?”

Noah J Nelson on Thursday, Jun. 21st

So we can’t download this Keyfree Login password app from Ford— wait as in Ford Motor Company? Yes. Ford. Let’s try this again:

Ford– that Ford– has announced an app that can be downloaded to your lap or desktop which will then use your phone’s bluetooth ID to act as the master key to unlock your online passwords. It’s a slick, slick concept, but until it is out in the wild it remains just that: a concept.

What’s Ford doing getting into the password app game? Why it’s promoting it’s car’s keyless entry and start features, naturally.

The future: it keeps getting stranger. Watch the video, from Ogilvy (yes THAT Ogilvy).
