OccupySF has been taking place since Sept 17th and supporters don’t have any plans to stop congregating. Protesters have occupied the sidewalk of the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank and are equipped with tents, a kitchen area with food storage, a strategy area with whiteboard, and a media section.

The protesters are holding daily assembly meetings, hoping to capitalize on the growing momentum that is helping spawn supporting groups in a number of American cities. An unofficial site called Occupy Together currently lists 147 participating American cities with “Occupy” rallies.

Four tents surrounded by several “We Are The 99%” posters filled the sidewalk in San Francisco and despite the rain on the day we visited, protesters were prepared to stay and participate in a planned march on Oct, 5th.

Below, some scenes we captured in San Francisco.

I first encountered Sifteo Cubes back at IndieCade last October, and spent some time playing around with the little blocks which I first mistook for iPod Nanos.
