Skateistan is an organization based in Kabul, Afghanistan, that not only teaches youth how to skateboard, but how to be better citizens of the world.

We sat down to talk about “Skateistan: To Live and Skate in Kabul,” an official selection of the 2011 Sundance Film Festival, with director Orlando von Einsiedel.
